It was a day to remember on Friday as Woodbank FC’s coach, Andy McCallion, swapped the touchline for the aisle and said “I do” to his new wife, Nicole.

Known for his dedication and passion within the game, Andy has been a key figure in the GCFA for the past three years. During that same period, he has played a pivotal role at Woodbank FC, helping to drive the club forward with hard work, commitment, and a clear vision for success.

Those close to the club will know just how much effort Andy has poured into building something special at Woodbank. His leadership behind the scenes has been instrumental, and his impact continues to be felt across the squad and wider football community.

And if his marriage reflects even half the effort and determination he’s shown in football, then there’s no doubt Andy and Nicole are set for a long and successful future together.
