Last Saturday delivered another full GCFA card — league points, cup ties, and decisions that mattered on the touchline in a historic, competitive and thriving Saturday morning league.
GCFA Manager of the Week stays simple. It’s about the calls that shape games and the changes that hold results together.
No hype. No rankings. Just the managers who made it count across Saturday morning.
This week’s touchline mentions:
🔵 Ryan Kerr – Cambuslang Milan
Ryan – LeftCambuslang MilanRyan oversaw another top drawer team performance as Camby Milan recorded yet another win. Clydebank Red Star were the latest team put to the sword by Ryan’s Army.
🟢 Declan Robert – Netherton AFC
Robert has came into the GCFA set up this season and been one of the most unpredictable managers around. Saturday Declan stayed true to form and produced a giant killing by beating title favourites PGBC.
🔵 Murdo Graham– Glasgow Island
Murdo and his team produced a big win over title rivals Corinthians on Saturday. Islands were the team who came out on top of this titanic tussle.
⚪ David Boyd – Nethercraigs
Boyd’s has bounced back after a few tricky results to get a convincing four nil victory over Bishopton FC.
⚪️ Chris Priestly – Burnhill FC
Chris was at the helm as his Burnhill comfortably beat a good Cathcart side three goals to nothing.
🔵 – Ritchie McCabe – DTI AFC
The DTI AFC gaffer picked up his first league point of the season after a hard fought game with kings Park United
No noise. Just calls made, changes made, and results earned.
That’s GCFA Saturday morning.
