February delivered big calls on the touchline and big results on the pitch. Four managers stood out in the GCFA Premier League — lifting squads, winning big games, and keeping their clubs moving in the right direction.

Murdo and his Islands team have had a month to remember highlighted by two big wins in the league and one big Premier League Cup win. Glasgow Islands produced an emphatic 8-0 victory over Bishopton FC and a 4-2 victory over the unpredictable Knightswood AFC to boost their title credentials. The Island’s gaffer just seems to keep getting the best of his squad whilst adding new players like Finlay Anderson to the mix.

A tremendous month for Clydebank has helped Marty move themselves clear of the relegation battle and remind some people including themselves that Clydebank are a right good team on their day. The experienced gaffer oversaw big premier league wins over Nethercraigs and Toryglen Thistle.

Rutherglen Glencairn AFC
Thomas Quinn and his team have had a very good month of February which includes, A big Premier League win, A big Cinema Cup win and a massive West Of Scotland Cup win. The Rutherglen boss will hoping his club can keep up their good form throughout March.


Ryan has really got his club playing some excellent football this month. the team have been in the lower echelons of the Premier League but two massive wins in the last two weeks have given Milan a big chance of fighting off relegation.
