GCFA Player of the Week — Quick Fire

How does it feel to win GCFA Player of the Week?

A nice feeling a guess doesn’t make too much difference to my week to be honest.

Talk us through the three goals — which was your favourite?

three good goals, 1st one probably more important got us off to a good start, get maybe one a season from long range, second was the penalty and the third to seal the 3 was a good ball across and got myself on the end of it was probably my favourite.

Three before half-time — did you feel in the zone early on?

not really, just want to help, again think the first one dipping in definitely helps set the tone for me, and gives confidence, other weeks they ones can fly miles over the bar.

What did that win mean for Cambuslang Milan at this stage of the season?

I think it was nice to get that win, came close a lot of weeks and just marginally missed out, and should give us the lift we need to kick on now, we were due a positive result as well.

Where does this rank among your best performances for the club?

It was probably one of the better ones, I might’ve had a quiet second half if I’m being honest but 3 quick goals and a win is always nice.
