The title picture is tight, and the games-in-hand column is sitting behind the table waiting to be settled.
With the top six still in touch, this week’s fixture card matters — even if it doesn’t decide anything outright.
The Fixture Card ⬇️

The League Table ⬇️

Park Sports Project (1st) vs. Knightswood AFC (9th)

• The Stakes: Staying top.
• The Outlook: Park Sports Project lead the table on 30 points. There’s no margin for a slip with teams behind them still within reach.
They face a Knightswood AFC side with six wins, nine defeats and no draws — every game has gone one way or the other.
PSP will need to be sharp. Knightswood don’t sit in games; they force them to a result.
Clydebank Sports Hub – 9:15am Kick off
Rutherglen Glencairn (5th) vs. Nethercraigs AFC (2nd)

• The Stakes: A chance to move into top spot for Nethercraigs — or for Glencairn to close the gap with games in hand still to play.
• The Outlook: This is the fixture that stands out on the card.
Nethercraigs have already scored 52 goals this season — their matches tend to be open.
Rutherglen Glencairn sit 5th but have played four to five fewer games than most above them. Their position doesn’t reflect the full picture yet.
If they convert those games in hand, they’ll be firmly in the title conversation.
Glencairn come into this one off the back of a West of Scotland Cup win last weekend.
Toryglen Thistle (6th) vs. Clydebank SMFC (10th)

• The Stakes: Pushing up the table
• The Outlook: Much like Rutherglen, Toryglen Thistle have played significantly fewer games than league leaders PSP.
A win keeps Toryglen in touch at the top, but they’ll need a better level than last week’s showing against Cambuslang Milan.
They face a Clydebank SMFC side near the bottom who need points to move clear of the relegation places.
SMFC go into the game buoyant after a fantastic 4-1 victory over Second placed nethercraigs last weekend.
Holm Park – 9:30 am Kick off
Bishopton (11th) vs. Glasgow Island (4th)

• The Stakes: Keeping title hopes alive
• The Outlook: Glasgow Island are within touching distance of the top three and cannot afford to drop points against the lower half of the table Bishopton.
Islands opponents Bishopton whilst sitting in 11th place in the table, have multiple games in hand that could see them climb into the mid-table safety zone.
The key for both clubs is consistency, which team can build on last week’s positive result and which team will falter.
Firhill Complex – 10:00am Kick off
Cambuslang FA Milan (13th) vs. Rossvale Huntershill (8th)

• The Stakes: Escaping the basement.
• The Outlook: Cambuslang FA Milan currently sit at the bottom of the table and are in need of the three points to further enhance their bid to fight against relegation.
Rossvale Huntershill sit comfortably in 8th for now, but a loss here could see them dragged back into the danger zone as the teams below them catch up on their fixture in hand.
Milan go into this game on the back of a Result Of The Week performance against high flying Toryglen Thistle.
Stepford Astro – 10:00 am Kick off

The table won’t tell the full story until the games-in-hand column catches up.
Points on the board matter.
But so do fixtures still to play.
By Saturday evening, we’ll know a bit more — not everything, but more than we do now.
Results and updated table will follow.
