A reduced fixture card again this weekend — but February doesn’t wait around.

Every game that went ahead carried weight. Points matter more. Margins are tighter. Performances count.

Here are the players who made their impact when it mattered.

GOALKEEPER

GK- James McGratten – Woodbank FC The shot stopper was superb on Saturday, He came up with a number of crucial stop right when his team needed him.

DEFENDERS

DEF – Jamie McKay – Rutherglen AFC
Another game another stroll  for the wee man his calmness is unreal and keeps our defence very organised
DEF – Marc Louge – Woodbank FC
new addition to the squad in a turbulent time and has hit the ground running. Not bad for a centre back to set up the winning goal in a very tight game 

DEF – Joe Scullion – Rhu Colts
Joe played a pivotal role in the teams victory, Scullion and his partner provided a solid defensive partnership that allowed the others to push forward. 
DEF – Kieran McCallion – Clydebank SMFC
playing very well lately both in defence and getting forward when he could. Same again on Saturday. 
DEF – Richard Henry – Rhu Colts
RIchard was calm under pressure and he used his experience to take the sting from any opposition attacks

MIDFIELDERS

MID – Colin Fraser – Southside United
Colin scored a well taken goal and provided 2 assists for his  teammates.
MID – Zack Connor – Woodbank FC
sitting in the hole all game and picking passes with ease. Also done the dirty work in midfield and is slowly getting back to his best form.

MID – David Hepburn – Clydebank SMFC
Heppy made things happen in the final third, rewarded with a goal.
MID – Adnan Hussain – Southside United
Adnan was superb throughout the game he scored a spectacular goal and hit the post with another outrageous effort.

STRIKERS

STR – Stephen McFall – Woodbank FC
after a tough time personally and on the pitch lately the wee man was back to his clinical best today taking both his goals with the class we know he possesses
STR – Dylan Henry – Rutherglen Glencairn AFC
Motm performance from Dylan 2 assists and a goal to top it off great work rate and lead the line very well 
STR – Shaun Wallace – Rhu Colts
A hat trick to round off a terrific performance, led the line well and was ya constant threat.
STR – Gary Arbuckle – Clydebank SMFC
Back banging in the goals and ran their defence ragged
STR – Craig Taylor – Southside United 
Craig netted a hat trick when he came on at half time and helped the team to a big three points.
STR – Ruairidh MacGregor – Toryglen Thistle Rhu was excellent against AFC Chryston and took both of his goals really well.
STR – Leroy Smith – Rutherglen Glencairn AFC
Leroy was back to his old self this week grabbing 2 goals and causing havoc all game with his pace.
