Another massive weekend of action delivered goals, drama and standout individual performances across the board. From midfield masterclasses to ruthless finishing displays, narrowing this down to five nominations was no easy task.
Here are this week’s Player of the Week contenders:
⚽ Sean Paul Spiers – River Nevis

What more can you say? A 15-minute hat-trick from centre midfield. Spiers didn’t just influence the game — he completely took it over. His timing, movement and composure in front of goal were outstanding, turning the match on its head in devastating fashion. A remarkable individual spell that puts him firmly in contention.
⚽ Cammy Hendry – Greater Croftpark Rose

Simply untouchable. Hendry fired in three outstanding goals, including the all-important winner, in a performance that left the opposition defence with no answers. Clinical, sharp and relentless throughout — this was a striker operating at the very top of his game.
⚽ Ethan Furze – Bishopton FC

A complete centre-forward display. Furze showed composure to lift his first over the goalkeeper before producing a stunning free-kick from the corner of the box into the top corner for his second. Two quality finishes in a Man of the Match performance that caused problems all day long.
⚽ Johnny Donald – Nethercraigs

The captain back in his favoured striker role — and it showed. Donald grabbed two goals, including a beautifully executed dink over the keeper that oozed confidence. Leading from the front and delivering when it mattered most.
🧤 Jack Maclennan – Glasgow Islands

While the forwards grabbed headlines, Maclennan reminded everyone how important a top goalkeeper can be. Two huge saves at crucial moments kept his side in control and ultimately proved decisive. Big players step up in big moments — and he did exactly that.
