While the upsets grabbed the headlines, several other teams secured their passage to the next round with varying degrees of difficulty:

The standout result came from an all-Conference tie, where league leaders Remo FC were eliminated following a 4–2 away win for Rosebank United. Remo entered the tie top of the Conference table but were knocked out at the first stage.
Elsewhere, River Nevis, currently fourth in the Conference, recorded the highest scoreline of the round with a 9–1 win over Bearsden AFC, progressing to the next stage.
In a cross-division tie, Conference side Banknock travelled to face Championship outfit Woodbank AFC, who sit toward the lower end of the Championship table. Banknock progressed with a 3–0 away win, ending Woodbank’s involvement in the competition.
Several other ties were settled by narrow margins, with away sides featuring prominently across the round. With all results now confirmed, attention turns to how the remaining teams are positioned across league and cup competition.
