It’s taken just over two seasons, across league games and cup ties, with plenty coming in pressure moments.
In His Own Words
In his answers, Murney plays down the milestone, saying he’d known for a while that 100 goals was close. When asked about standout moments, he points to a long-range effort against Pollok in his first season and a late league winner last season that helped secure the title.
He’s clear that the achievement matters most when it contributes to wins and trophies, and he’s reluctant to single himself out, instead naming those who put work in off the pitch at Corinthians.
Looking ahead, his motivation is simple — knowing his time playing is limited, he wants to make the most of it while he can.
Thanks to Ryan for taking the time to answer our questions — and congratulations on reaching 100 goals for Corinthians.
When did you first clock that 100 goals was within reach?
Known for a wee while it was close but over last few weeks knew it was within reach
Which goal — or goals — stand out most from your time at the club (if you can remember them all)?
Probably one from half way line against Pollok first season or my chip against Steins but team wise maybe last seasons late winner again PSP to help us win the league
What does hitting 100 in a Corinthians shirt mean to you personally?
Personally happy with the achievement and by helping the team win games and trophies then that’s the main aim

Hard to name anybody personally but the boys that put the hard work in off the pitch Jonny Boyle, Gavin Lawlor, Jordy Kennedy & Andrew Toner deserve a mention.
What still keeps you hungry to keep scoring?
Only got a limited time left playing in these legs so need to make the most of it
Again Congratulations, Ryan, on 100 goals!
