What did that win mean to the team and to you today?
It was good to bounce back, we make it tough on ourselves by going down to silly goals but the fight we showed second half after being 2-0 down was a thing to build on for the season, reaction was great from everyone, need to keep that second half fight for the full game and for me better for my confidence going forward, good reaction from myself, dropped deeper and did more hard yards, had more about myself the second half.
What was your own standout moment or contribution?
I would say the standout moment for me was the impact from the subs, the first half we made it harder for ourselves, having to work harder than we should have but the subs brought energy, pace and goals which proved to be the turning point.
What’s the mood like in the dressing room after that result?
Good positive atmosphere in the dressing room, we were dissapointed with the poor start but the second half reaction lifted the team and can be a good marker going forward.
