Five games. One pair of legs.
The league’s thrown a full card at me again, and this is the point in the week where I sit down with a coffee, look at the map, look at the tables, and ask the only question that matters:
“Where’s the best use of my legs?”
Here’s what’s on the board.

Division Three — 12:30, Firhill Complex.
Corinthians are 2nd. Clydebank Sunday are 7th, four points behind. One I haven’t seen yet: Glasgow Corinthians.
This one jumps out early. A top-end fixture with a tiny gap between the sides — and another club I’ve not seen yet, which is always worth the trip
Strong contender.
Milngavie AFC vs Strathclyde United
Division Two — 15:00, Lennoxtown
10th vs 11th. One point between them. I’ve not seen Milngavie AFC yet.
Closest league gap of the weekend, and Lennoxtown’s always a nice drive out. A proper mid-table pivot — the kind of result that changes a table shape quietly
Good option if I stay out east in the afternoon.

Division One — 16:00, Stepford
East End Heart are 10th. Third Lanark Sunday are 1st, fifteen points ahead. New team for me: East End Heart.
A late kick-off involving a league leader always gets a look. Stepford’s easy enough to work, and Third Lanark sitting top means the numbers alone make it relevant. The gap’s big, but sometimes that’s part of the story.
A possible anchor game if I want a late one.
Renfrew AFC vs Glasgow Saints
Division Two — 18:00, New Western Park
Renfrew AFC sit 4th. Glasgow Saints are 6th, two points behind. A new one: Renfrew AFC.
Two points between them. Evening slot. New team. Floodlights can change a game’s feel if the rain stays off. If I’m still moving by then, it’s a tidy finish to the day.
Definite candidate.
Finnieston Phoenix vs Woodlands AFC
Championship — 11:00, Hillwood
9th vs 12th. Ten-point gap. I’ve not seen either side.
Two new clubs in one go. Early slot. Championship fixture. The gap’s wide, but seeing two fresh sides is reason enough.
Strong for ticking boxes.
FRANK’S Possible Sunday
After looking at the timings, the gaps, and the clubs I haven’t covered yet, here’s how it sits:
Top three in the running:
Glasgow Corinthians vs Clydebank
Sunday Finnieston Phoenix vs Woodlands
AFC Renfrew AFC vs Glasgow Saints
That gives me a new team early, a top-end clash at mid-day, and a tight Division Two fixture under the lights.
Everything else? Still on the table. Sundays have a habit of changing if a game’s over by half-time — you just look at what’s next, local and worth dropping into.
But Sunday only gives you so many hours — and only one pair of legs.
