The GCFA Conference has exploded into life — goals flying in, new names stepping up, and early-season standards already sky-high.
From Westhill’s frontman Kyle MacDonald to Remo’s all-action Jack Graham, October showcased what this new tier is all about: hunger, hard graft, and players desperate to make a name for themselves.
They’re joined by Stephen Mullen (Cambuslang FA), Rizwan (Burnhill FC), Brian Miller (Rosebank United and Andy McGurk (River Nevis) — six standouts who’ve left their mark on September.
KYLE MACDONALD – WESTHILL UNITED

A regular in this event when we are looking at the nominations for Player of the month.
The attacker helped his team progress im the West Of Scotland Cup and pick up some valuable league points.
Goals goals and more goals is what Kyle brings to the table and everyone at Westhill United will be delighted he is on their team.
Kyle was an easy nomination for Player of the month.
Brian Miller – ROSEBANK UNITED

Miller has been excellent for Rosebank United throughout the month of October producing quality performances and helping his club pick up valuable points to help them move up the table.
Miller has been on footy focus radar for some time and the versatile player is starting to really shine at the moment
Jack Graham – REMO FC

Whether he’s combining with midfield runners or creating space for others, Graham’s intelligence and work rate have made him a constant threat throughout the month.
Steven Mullen – CAMBUSLANG FA

Mullen has had a good start to this season and even helped himself to a hattrick earlier in the season. A cracking month for Mullen has seen Cambuslang rise up the league table.
An all round good month for Mullen sees him in the running for our Conference League Player Of The Month
Rizwan – BURNHILL FC

Rizwans quality on the ball makes him stand out and his recent performances have certainly caught the eye of social media HQ
Andy McGurk – RIVER NEVIS

McGurk was on fire, picking up more Man of the Match awards than anyone else. Rock-solid at the back with two clean sheets to show for it, he also chipped in with a couple of slick assists.
The right sided player was at his best throughout the month of October and was an easy choice for one of the Conference League POTM nominations.
If October is anything to go by, the Conference is going to be pure chaos — the good kind. These players have already raised the bar, and the rest will have to chase hard to match it.
🔥 Saturday morning football keeps producing, and the new boys are making sure nobody forgets their arrival.
