Who will be crowned the official Player of the Week for this round of fixtures just played on Saturday?
The third week in October brought some outstanding individual performances. Here are the players who caught our media team’s eye:

Rizwan – Burnhill FC (STR)
Why : Five goals in one game says it all. Rizwan was unplayable — combining clinical finishing, strong hold-up play, and even scoring directly from a free-kick. A complete striker’s display and one of the most dominant performances of the week.
David Connolly – Rhu Colts (MID)
Why: A hat-trick and an assist from midfield — Connolly was a creative and finishing force for Rhu. Constantly dangerous on the ball and influential in every attacking move.
Andrew Patterson – Greater Croftpark Rose (GK)
Why: Kept his team in the game with a series of top saves at crucial moments. Commanded his area, showed sharp reactions, and his performance was a huge reason for their result. A standout showing between the posts.
Stephen Mullen – Cambuslang FA (STR)
Why: A hat-trick hero in a big match against Queen’s Park. Showed composure and ruthlessness in front of goal — the type of finishing that wins games.

Brad Gray – Toryglen Thistle (MID)
Why: Dominated the midfield, constantly beating opponents and sparking attacks. A driving force who set the tone for his team’s attacking play all match.
Ethan Furze – Bishopton FC (STR)
Why: Scored twice — including the late match-winner at 2–2 — showing composure and timing. A constant attacking threat who delivered when it mattered most.
Leroy Smith – Rutherglen Glencairn AFC (STR)
Why: Another hat-trick for the in-form striker. Constantly threatened defenders, linked play well, and finished clinically — a statement performance.
Ali Naysmith – Lokomotiv (MID)
Why: Three assists — all to different scorers — and dictated the entire tempo. A creative, composed, and technically brilliant midfield performance.
That wraps up this week’s Player of the Week nominations! Congratulations to all the standout performers—your hard work, skill, and determination on the pitch truly shone through. Keep pushing, and we can’t wait to see who makes the headlines next week!
