The Fortress: Goalkeeper and Defence 🛡️
Our back three, plus the man between the sticks, have been nothing short of immense, keeping crucial clean sheets and showing incredible leadership.
• 🧤 Atou – Burnhill FC
• The shot-stopper has been the rock that Burnhill’s good form has been built on this month. A crucial presence between the sticks!
• 🛡️ Muir Kirkwood – Westhill United
• A recent signing who has quickly settled and proven to be superb at the back for Westhill United. A great addition!
• 🛡️ Ben Dickson – Glasgow Medics
• Ben has kept it calm and composed at the back all month long. A truly top month from the defender, providing stability and security.
• 🛡️ Jay Procter – Remo FC
• A true rock at the back and a real mainstay in the team. Solid defensively, but also comfortable stepping into midfield when needed, giving the side extra balance.
🪄 The Engine Room: Midfielders ⚙️
• 🪄 Steven Christie – Cambuslang FA
• The midfield magician has been fantastic for his team throughout September and looks to be getting back to his very best form.
• 🪄 Mitchell Clocherty – Remo FC
• The Remo captain has really stood up and been counted for this month. A real captain’s performance, leading by example in the middle of the park.
• 🪄 Dylan Roberts – Queens Park SFC
• The captain has led through example during a difficult month for the club. His tireless effort and commitment haven’t gone unnoticed.
The Sharp End: Strikers 🗡️
• ⚽ Kyle MacDonald – Westhill United
• The striker is a proven goalscorer. When Westhill need a finish, they know who to call on!
• ⚽ Ryan Dickson – Cathcart
• The striker has been sensational this month; he adds a new, dynamic dimension to the Cathcart attack that opponents struggle to contain.
• ⚽ Ben McAllister – River Nevis
• A sensational month of goalscoring for the returning striker. He’s clearly hit the ground running since his return!
• ⚽ Rizwan – Burnhill FC
• Another striker who has made such a big impact on his team during September. Keeping him fit will be crucial for Burnhill’s success going forward.
