September brought no shortage of big calls in the GCFA Premier League. Tactical tweaks, gutsy substitutions, and relentless motivation all played their part — and three managers stood tall.

Alan Sharp (PSP), Kieran Scott (Toryglen Thistle), and Thomas Quinn (Rutherglen Glencairn AFC) each masterminded unbeaten runs, statement wins, and performances that reminded everyone why Saturday morning football thrives on commitment and detail.

Alan Sharp – PARK SPORTS PROJECT

Sharp and his Psp team have had a great month of August winning both their league games against quality opposition and winning in the national cup.

PSP produced an emphatic 5-0 victory over Knightswood and a 3-1 victory over the experienced Bishopton FC

Alan was an easy nomination for the Manager of the month award.

KIERAN SCOTT – TORYGLEN THISTLE

A tremendous start to the season from Kieran and Tam has helped lead their team Toryglen Thistle into an unbeaten August and now that run continues past September.

The Gaffers have moved up leagues but kept the squad firing on all cylinders against higher league opposition not to mention teams from the national cups.

THOMAS QUINN – RUTHERGLEN GLENCAIRN AFC

The Rutherglen Glencairn AFC gaffer has had a sensational month winning all three of his games

You cant ask much more from a manager than to lead his team to 3 wins out of 3 and score 12 goals in the process

An all round good month for Thomas sees him in the running for our Premier League Manager Of The Month award.

September was a statement month in the Premier League. three managers , three different stories – but the same impact: driving their sides forward when it mattered most.

From perfect records to fearless step-ups in class, these gaffers showed what it means to lead from the front. The next chapter? Keeping that same fire as the autumn fixtures pile up.

🔥 Saturday morning standards remain sky-high — and that’s exactly how we like it.
