Some huge saves at big moments from Ross today. Kept us ahead when it mattered and allowed us to pull away. Gutted for him that he didn’t get the clean sheet that his performance deserved.

GK – Kian Wheatley – LS MEMORIAL

Kian was superb on saturday against banknock, the stopper made numerous quality saves.

DEF – Nelson – BURNHILL FC

Another great performance from Burnhill’s Mr Consistent. Despite the team leaking three early goals, as Captain Nels was instrumental in rallying the players and leading them to the win, including a key pass in the build up to the winning goal.

DEF – Ross Jackson – Park Sports Project

Jacko played on with really sore injury that summed the performance of team up against difficult opponents who pushed PSP right to end

DEF – Jay Proctor – REMO FC

A rock at the back and a real mainstay in the team. Solid defensively but also comfortable stepping into midfield when needed, giving the side extra balance.

DEF – Angelo Da Silva – NETHERCRAIGS 

Angelo got an assist and a goal and his overall play all game was very good at Full back or Left Midfield

DEF – Sammy Edun – NETHERCRAIGS 

Sammy started right wing and his pace was a constant threat he went back to full back 2nd half and had a great game there topped off with a last minute winner

DEF – Jacob Kennedy – CORINTHIANS 

Put a brilliant shift in. Decisive  in the challenge, great engine to get up and down the wing, as well as good distribution of the ball.

DEF – James Traynor – CLYDEBANK RED STAR

An exceptional performance from JT this morning. His versatility is so important to Red Star, filling in at centre back with ease. His composure is an absolute joke.

DEF – David – BURNHILL FC

A strong and composed return to the team for the experienced Burnhill stopper, who showed great leadership to stabilise the backline after a horror start, and played a pivotal role in ensuring Burnhill secured an impressive comeback win. 

Def – Kyle Kjorstad – RHU COLTS

Kyle was back in the team after a lengthy absence and never looked like he had been missing. Solid performance at Right back.

DEF – Joe Dickson – TORYGLEN THISTLE

Joe was a great anchor in the midfield and scored a great free kick into the top corner giving the keeper no chance.

MID – Mark McGregor Westhill United

McGregor put in a tireless shift, driving up and down the pitch to support both defence and attack. His energy and width created problems all game, and he was a constant threat every time he went forward. A complete team player’s display.

MID – Lewis Barr – REMO FC

Has enjoyed an excellent start to the season and was outstanding again on Saturday. Already on 9 assists and now off the mark with a goal at the weekend, he remains a constant threat down the left.

MID – David Connolly – RHU COLTS 

David scored two of our goals on Sat, pity he had to leave early due to another prearranged engagement. Great effort to travel down to Irvine to help out knowing we had a depleted squad

MID – Jordan Hay – NETHERCRAIGS 

Jordan came on at half time when we were 2-1 down and totally changed the game. Got us a bit of control in midfield and got an assist into the bargain.

MID – Steven Christie – CAMBY FA

what a performance from the midfielder , his forward thinking passing is a massive trait for how we  want to play always on the front foot and to score 3 goals yesterday it was a brilliant achievement. Another sensational performance.

MID – Aqib – GLASGOW ANSAR 

Aqib showed great tenacity and an incredible work rate, battling all game and ultimately won the penalty through sheer persistence. He was unstoppable all game and an easy choice for our MOTM

MID – Aiden Gallacher – PSP

Gal was superb throughout the 90 minutes and was a real driving force for his team. The big man deservedly got him name on the Scoresheet also

MID – Ross Campbell  – CLYDEBANK RED STAR

Campbell has impressed over the last few weeks after returning from injury. He knows his role at CDM down to a tee, showed composure on the ball and indicated that he’s been listening to the management on how to improve his game.

MID – Liam Mcglaughlin – CAMBY FA

Liam has continued his form from last season into this season and he gets on the score sheet and also with 3 assists.

MID – Jamie Carbin – TORYGLEN THISTLE

Jamie was a constant threat playing in the 10, played some great through balls and worked hard off the ball to retain possession. Scored the 6th goal with a great finish into the bottom corner

MID – Shahid: Shahid – GLASGOW ANSAR

Sha used his experience to control the game from the middle of the park, dictate play and calm the team when it mattered most

Kyle MacDonald (Westhill United)

MacDonald was in unstoppable form, hitting the net five times in a 6–0 win over Bearsden AFC. His clinical finishing and constant movement made him unplayable on the day, delivering a standout performance that spearheaded Westhill’s attack.

STR – Rizwan – BURNHILL FC

The Burnhill hitman’s hot streak continues, with another brace. Besides his two goals, the powerful striker also contributed 2 assists, and worked tirelessly all game. 

STR – Rocco McGillvary – TORYGLEN THISTLE

Rocco returned back to number 9 this week and scored the first 4 goals and killed off knightswood 

STR – Maaz Malik – GLASGOW ANSAR

Maaz’s skill and blistering pace caused major problems for the opposition; he coolly slotted the penalty and should have had a few more.

STR – Stephen Mullen – CAMBY FA

new signing this season has brought alot of freshness in attack and he was absolutely unbelievable yesterday 3 goals and 2 assists.

STR – Cal Strain – REMO FC

A constant handful up front, combining strength and movement with end product. He’s been adding both goals and assists to his game, delivering consistently strong all-round performances.

STR – Connor Doughty – Westhill United

Doughty capped a fine display with a goal of his own. He led the line superbly, linking play, pressing from the front, and showcasing his attacking quality throughout. A top performance that highlighted his all-round forward play.

STR – Zak Thomson – LE MEMORIAL

The striker was superb on Saturday just like he has been since the club started. Fingers crossed Zak can continue his good form throughout the season.
