Remo FC Extend Lead as Cathcart Climb to Second

The Hills Solicitors Colleges Conference served up a thrilling round of fixtures this week, with goals aplenty across the division.

Cathcart AFC moved up to second place after a hard-fought 5–3 victory over Banknock, while leaders Remo FC tightened their grip at the top of the table with a commanding 4–0 win against Glasgow Medics.

Elsewhere, Rosebank United recorded a convincing 3–0 triumph over Bearsden AFC, while River Nevis edged a seven-goal thriller, defeating Cambuslang FA 4–3. Westhill United AFC also hit five, overcoming Dreams United 5–3 in another high-scoring contest.

Burnhill impressed defensively in their 2–0 victory against Queen’s Park SFC, ensuring they remain within striking distance of the top four.

With Remo FC unbeaten and Cathcart AFC rising fast, the title race promises plenty more drama in the weeks ahead.
