We know Shaun has great quality on the ball and he scored two fantastic goals and id probs say his best performance in Cambuslang jersey.

Noah was playing out of position on Saturday and kept a clean sheet while he was on the pitch. Picking up the ball and driving from centre half to midfield was crucial in how we broke down carolside.

DEF – Calvin Neill – PORT GLASGOW BC

Calvin started in defence but finished the game in midfield, The midfielder notched a great goal to silence his opponent.

DEF – Angelo Da Silva – NETHERCRAIGS

Angelo had a great 1st half at wing back then slotted back to the unfamiliar position of left centre back and hardly put a foot wrong also slotted home his penalty cool as you like. Unlucky to be on the losing side.

DEF —Harry Clark — CLYDESIDE ATH

Clark had a great debut for the club providing a solid defence and attacking threat. Harry looks a shrewd signing for the club.

MID – Ryan Gibson – CLYDEBANK SMFC

(New) Gibby came back into the midfield and made a significant contribution. Breaking up attacks but also chipping in with a few assists

MID – Stephen Donald – BISHOPTON FC

Donza led by example his energy and high press made it very difficult for Ashfield to play  through the middle of the pitch and his quality on the ball was excellent.
