The league’s been thriving and continuing to grow – what’s been the biggest factor behind that success?

What are you most excited about as we head into the new season?

For me id like to think it’s down to the way the league is presented to others looking in, we’ve got 5 great divisions that Accommodate every aspect of Amatuer game

The work we do outwith the football also catches peoples attention

And don’t want to Jsut say it but committee that’s extremely approachable and helpful

Any new initiatives or changes can teams expect in the upcoming season to further enhance the league’s appeal?
In terms of new – not yet in terms of league but might have something as season progresses.
Although We do have something to share, we will have league active on ‘my Scottish football app’ which will allow others to tune into our league and get a live score feeling to GDSFC which is great to keep up to date with local team, good for teams to share with family, friends and sponsors. So looking forward to defo seeing that progress – maybe test it at the Super Cup Final 👀
How has the league adapted its structure (e.g., number of divisions, promotion/relegation) to accommodate the increasing number of teams?

Having the numbers we have wanted to maintain competitiveness and also not over load on multiple divisions. So have stick to the 5 divisions but went for a 12/14/16/16/16 set up which we feel will create some real competitiveness around all the divisions also allowing our teams the opportunity to hopefully progress in the National and District competitions.

And finally

I’m just excited to be back, I don’t like preseason. Want the competitive stuff back. But looking forward to seeing how the set up enfolds. Lots of new teams (21 in total) so be good to see how do. But also how do we progress and showcase the league at national level and then with our Select team … 👍⚽️
